HIGH-TECH SEEDING SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED
INDEPENDENT-COMPARTMENT SEED TANK
The FMS™ Series I combines a heavy-duty toolbar equipped with Paralink™ Disc Openers and an integrated frame-mounted seed tank featuring completely independent compartments. A comprehensive range of options and configurations allows you to tailor the unit to diverse agronomic requirements and field conditions.
TOOLBAR WITH INDEPENDENT DISC OPENERS
The FMS™ CD9120 toolbar features a heavy-duty, two-row frame built from 127 × 127 mm (5" × 5") tubing, delivering superior structural rigidity and penetration in challenging conditions.
In the field-working position, the 3-section frame creates a solid, uniform seeding platform with a working width of 12.2 meters (40 ft). Standard available row spacings are 19.0 cm, 25.4 cm, or 30.5 cm (7.5", 10", or 12"). With the optional hydraulic opener lockout, row spacings can be doubled to 38.0 cm, 50.8 cm, or 61.0 cm (15", 20", or 24") for wide-row crops.
Customers can select between two Paralink™ Disc Opener configurations: PLW™ or PLR™ openers.
PLR™ DISC OPENERS
VERSATILE OPENERS FOR SOLID SEEDING AND PRECISION PLANTING
The innovative design of PLR™ disc openers provides high strength and a number of unique advantages:

PLR™ openers can be combined with the Air Planter™ system, allowing them to be used for both solid seeding and precision seeding.

The meticulously designed PLR™ openers ensure high durability and easy adjustment. Wear-resistant components ensure years of efficient and trouble-free operation.
In solid seeding and precision seeding modes with PLR™ openers, the operator retains the ability to apply granular starter fertilizer in the same row as the seed.
PLW™ DISC OPENERS
EXCELLENT CONTOUR FOLLOWING AND UNIFORMITY OF SEEDING DEPTH
PLW™ disc openers with a walking axle arm ensure exceptional seeding accuracy and maintain seedbed integrity. Seeding depth is determined by the relative position of the gauge and packer wheels. This design minimizes changes in working depth when the opener encounters an obstacle or a furrow from the previous year, ensuring unrivaled precision and uniformity of seeding depth.

HI-FLOTATION™
Optional Hi-Flotation™ (HF™) tires give you the ability to start seeding earlier and added confidence when traversing difficult terrain and soft soil conditions.
INTEGRATED TANK WITH INDEPENDENT COMPARTMENTS
The FMS™ CD9120 features a frame-mounted seed tank with two completely independent compartments with capacities of 4,405 L and 6,165 L.
To increase overall capacity and operational flexibility, the CD9120 can also be equipped with an optional 1,760 L Wing Tank™.
PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
PDM PRO™ METERING SYSTEM
The hydraulically driven PDM Pro™ Metering System ensures superior metering accuracy and gentle seed handling. Its design ensures complete cleanout of the tank compartments, significantly speeding up system changeover and metering auger maintenance.
EvenStream™ PLUS Distribution System
The EvenStream™ PLUS distribution system delivers unrivaled precision and consistency of product distribution, even across ultra-low to high application rates.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
Operators can choose between two Topcon Apollo™ control systems: the dedicated X35 Console or the Apollo ISOsystem.
The Apollo™ X35 system features a 12.1" (30.7 cm) high-resolution touchscreen display with Horizon™ software and Xtend™, enabling Wi-Fi connectivity to mirror control screens onto a smartphone or tablet. Beyond primary monitoring functions, the X35 supports multi-product Variable Rate Application (VRA), integrates seamlessly with other field implements, and provides full control over the ASC™ (Auto Section Control) system.
The Apollo™ ISO system integrates directly with the tractor's existing ISOBUS Virtual Terminal (UT/VT) for in-cab operation, rate calibration, and monitoring, eliminating the need for an additional display in the cab. For tractors without an ISOBUS-compatible terminal, an optional Apollo XD Display is available, offering a full-color touchscreen interface with essential monitoring and seeder control capabilities.
PRODUCT HANDLING CONVEYOR
A high-capacity belt conveyor ensures fast, efficient, and gentle handling of seed and fertilizer during filling and cleanout.
REAR VIEW CAMERA
The rear-view camera provides clear visibility of trailing traffic and surrounding obstacles, significantly improving transport safety and maneuverability.
LED WORK LIGHTING
High-output LED work lights provide exceptional illumination for safe and productive 24-hour seeding operations.
HI-FLOTATION™ TIRES
Optional high-flotation radial tires minimize soil compaction, increase machine stability, and improve performance in soft field conditions.
HYDRAULIC SURGE BRAKES
Surge brakes automatically activate based on towing hitch inertia, reducing stopping distances, protecting equipment, and lowering operator fatigue during road transport.
