The Dorez company was founded in France in the late 18th century. Its history began with the production of plows.
Since 1985, the company has specialized in the manufacture of seed treatment and cleaning equipment. Today, this manufacturer's products are used in more than 20 countries worldwide.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The Dorez mobile system is designed for cleaning, sorting and treating seed material.

It consists of a platform on which the working mechanisms and a panel for controlling the work process are located.

The seed material is poured into the receiving bin of the input elevator, which transfers it to a drum-type rotary grader-calibrator for cleaning and calibrating the seed material.

After cleaning and calibration, the seed is transferred via a second elevator to the seed treatment machine. The cleaned, treated seed is unloaded using a seed unloader.

In addition to the seed dressing machine itself, it has a cleaning separator - a Marot rotary grader, which can operate both in-line and separately from the seed dressing machine.

TWO BUCKET ELEVATORS
The first is equipped with a storage bin for untreated seeds with a quick-release mechanism for feeding the seed to the drum sorter. It features a folding storage bin and a mechanism (winch) for lifting it into transport position. The second elevator transports good, calibrated seeds from the cleaner to the seed treatment unit.

One conveyor for collecting good seeds.

BUCKET ELEVATOR FOR SORTED AND PROCESSED SEEDS
Installed at the end of the line, after the seed treater, on a rotating tower, the unit is height-adjustable using a hydraulic jack operated by a hand pump. Complete with accessories for easy filling of big bags or trailers.
CONICAL TANKS
Two conical tanks of 100 l for preparations.
AUGER UNDER A DRUM SORTER
One auger for collecting waste from the cleaning and sorting stages.
ELEVATOR
Elevator, adjustable in height by means of a winch, for loading waste into a big bag or in bulk to the right of the machine.
CONTROL CABINET
Control cabinet with a 30 mA differential and thermal circuit breaker with reversing capability. External socket, three-phase 380 V connection (7 motors, 12 A, 6.70 kW, 8.38 kVA), electrical equipment protection.
BYPASS
Bypass over the seed treater with an automatic cleaning system: allows you to collect cleaned and calibrated seeds without treating them with a seed treater.

ROTARY GRADER-
CALIBRATOR MAROT
The inlet mechanism is designed as a filling bin with a damper at the bottom for distributing the air flow across the width in an even layer through which it passes.
The impurities collected by the air are separated into two parts:
a) large/heavy particles settle in the aspiration chamber and are removed/collected into a container by a screw.
b) light particles and dust are discharged into the cyclone with the main flow.
The seeds are then sent to a rotary sorter with variable screens.
Setting up the complex for operation takes on average about one hour , including setting the parameters of the seed container and calibrating the dosing tank of the working fluid.
Removal of difficult weeds is carried out in two ways:
Aerodynamic (specific gravity) separation is used in the Marot grader's aspiration column at the grader inlet. Since this is a closed vertical aspiration channel, the air has no preferred path, and light particles (even small grains) rise in density—the "Venturi effect." The channel height is 80 cm, and we know that the greater the height, the better the aerodynamic separation.
By size in the Marot rotary grader. In the rotary grader, the product passes through five screen stages: the first, second, and (if necessary) third screens select the fine fraction, the third and fourth screens the good material, and the fifth screen can be used for the good material or for another, coarser seed fraction. Large impurities remaining in the rotor are removed at the end of the rotor and discharged to waste.
Seed Treatment Agent Dorez STM 8
The STM 8 flow-type device with mechanical dosing of preparations, designed for wet seed treatment.
The working solution is applied to the seeds in a special distribution chamber—an applicator—where the working solution is injected into a continuous flow of a thin layer of seeds, distributed across the width, according to the number of seeds and the specified rate. The level of the working solution in the chemical tank remains constant at the specified level, and any excess is drained back into the main tank.
The final distribution of the working solution on the seeds occurs by mixing with rubber spatulas in a mixer.
A unique and very advantageous advantage of the Dorez complex over its competitors is the ability to simultaneously apply two active substances to seeds separately using different pumps and dispensers, and the ability, if necessary, to simultaneously treat with biological and chemical preparations, since this does not reduce their effectiveness due to premature mixing.
