ST SERIES TRACTOR MOUNTED CUTTING HEADER
The ST Series tractor-mounted windrowers are a unique product that eliminates the need for a self-propelled mower. ST Series windrowers allow you to quickly and efficiently form cut crops into neat windrows, regardless of crop or field conditions. A convenient control unit, installed in the tractor cab, allows you to adjust the sliding sections of the windrower table to the left, right, or center for windrow placement.

Reel drive
The tractor's hydraulic system is used, coupled with a single-drive engine. Speed is controlled via in-cab controls.
Features of ST headers
1. Removable means of transportation
The header hitch, lift and axle are conveniently stored on the tractor's three-point hitch.
2. Double swath laying hole
Thanks to two offset decks, the operator in the cabin can control the feed of mown material to the left, right or center.
3. SCH Easy Cut cutting mechanism
Ensures a consistent, high-quality cut. Spring steel guards with cutting edges on the top and bottom, and replaceable, heat-treated sections on bolt-on mounts, eliminate the need for clamps, while a unique mechanism prevents dirt and debris from accumulating under the blades.
4. Drive of the canvas conveyor
Driven rollers with a diameter of 7.6 cm easily generate sufficient traction for harvesting high-yield crops. A web conveyor, driven by an external hydraulic motor, evenly feeds the mown crop to the center of the table.
5. Reel drive
The highly efficient and reliable Honey Bee reel is powered by the tractor's hydraulic system. Reel position and speed are adjusted directly from the tractor cab.
6. Knife drive
The knife is controlled by an epicyclic drive with an 8.4 cm pitch and operates at 1,400 strokes per minute. It is powered by a reliable, low-maintenance hydraulic motor. Dual knife drive is standard on all ST series headers.
Tractor requirements : 120 hp minimum, 3-point hitch (category 2/3 front or rear), PTO (1000 rpm, 6 splines), 3 or 4 hydraulic outlets (55 l/min). When coupled with a rear hitch, the tractor must have a cab adapted for reverse operation.
