John Deere WS Series Power Waste Harvesters
Honey Bee develops and manufactures canvas harvesters that can significantly simplify and speed up the harvesting process.
The WS Series draper headers will allow you to significantly increase the productivity of your John Deere self-propelled mowers and reduce the cost of purchasing new expensive equipment.
The WS Series windrowers provide years of trouble-free operation thanks to numerous design features and a heavy-duty 48 mm diameter tubular steel frame. A wide table and draper ensure the smoothest possible crop flow, while a variety of cutting widths from 6.4 to 10.9 meters will meet any requirement.
The WS Series windrowers can only be fitted to John Deere 4895, 4995, A400 and R450 self-propelled mowers.

Knife drive
SCH Easy Cut (Schumacher) epicyclic hydraulic drive with an 8.4 cm pitch and a speed of 1100-1400 strokes per minute. Dual knife drive.
Cutting mechanism
SCH Easy Cut (Schumacher), spring steel guards, bolt-on sections. Crary Guard with SCH Easy Cut (Schumacher) knife.
Canvas conveyor
106.7 cm wide, belt with transverse rubber plates. Hydraulic drive, speed adjustable from 0 to 245 m/min.
Features of WS headers
1. Remote control of the conveyor belt speed
The draper speed is hydraulically controlled from the cabin, within any range up to 800 rpm. A user-friendly control unit allows instant adjustment of draper speed depending on operating conditions and the crop being harvested.
2. Protective plates
Unique protective plates made of ultra-high-molecular-weight (UHMW) high-density polyethylene perfectly protect the mower's cutting mechanism even when it's close to the ground. Standard on all WS series header models.
3. Polyester conveyor belt
The 106.7 cm wide belt is made of durable rubberized polyester fibers with reinforced fiberglass slats in a V-shaped direction, which eliminates the possibility of its displacement.
4. Adjusting the front and rear of the reel
A hydraulic control, controlled from the cab, allows the reel to be adjusted up to 40 cm in front or rear position while on the move, allowing for on-the-fly adaptation to harvesting conditions.
5. Swathing hole
The standard swathing opening size is 210 cm.
The standard double swather opening size is 130 cm. Some models can be configured to have a standard swather opening size of 35.5 cm or 71 cm.
6. Hydraulic header tilt adjustment system
The hydraulic tilt adjustment system of the header allows for quick adaptation to various operating conditions.
