FLOW TREATMENTERS WN 4 AND WN6
WN 4 – 1-4 t/hour, product application rate 5-11 ml/kg of seeds
WN 6 – 1-6 t/hour, product application rate 2-7 ml/kg of seeds
The main working unit includes a mixing chamber, a motor, a pump, a spray and dosing system with a rate of 5-11 ml/kg of seeds (WN4) and 2-7 ml/kg (WN6), an electrical system and tubes.
A mixing unit is optionally available (mechanically controlled for WN4 or with a recirculation pump and adapters for dosing devices for WN6).
Automatic shut-off system for seed supply when the supply of preparations stops.
Aspiration system (dust filter).
Container for untreated seeds (200-300 kg)
Platform with transport rollers (optional).
Discharge hole for 2 bags.
FLOW TREATMENTERS WN8 AND WN14
WN 8 – 1-8 t/hour, product application rate 2-7 ml/kg of seeds
WN 14 – 2-14 t/hour, product application rate 3-6 ml/kg of seeds
Highly productive machines are mainly installed stationary in complexes with weighing and packaging (shipping) systems.
Weighing and packaging systems of type 50R, 51V (special bags) are available as an option.
An elevator loading/unloading system (belts with buckets) is available as an option. Lifting height is up to 5 m. Productivity is up to 8 t/h.
FLOW TREATMENTERS WN15 AND WN30
WN 15 – 8-15 t/hour, product application rate 3-7 ml/kg of seeds
WN 30 – 10-30 t/hour, product application rate 3-7 ml/kg of seeds
Their special feature is that they are equipped with an electronic Programmable Logistics Controller (PLC) with an adaptive liquid dosing system in combination with a magnetic flow meter.
