Buhler Versatile (Canada)
The Canadian brand Versatile is one of the world's four largest manufacturers of high-performance tractors. The company's history dates back to 1945, when Peter Pakosz established his first production workshop in his Toronto home. In 1964, the Versatile plant opened in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In 1966, Versatile produced its first 4WD tractor, and just 10 years later, in 1976, serial production of the world's most powerful wheeled tractor, the 348-horsepower Model 945, began. At that time, the company held more than 30% of the North American market for tractors over 200 hp.
Today, the Versatile plant in Winnipeg produces more than 10 different tractor models with power outputs ranging from 290 to 605 hp.

PLANETARY GEAR
All Versatile tractor models are equipped with a large, robust planetary gear set, ensuring long service life when operating with heavy attachments. Large bearings securely hold the planetary hubs on the axles and can withstand the heavy weight and increased loads associated with dual or triple wheel setups.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The closed-center, load-sensing hydraulic system provides sufficient hydraulic flow and performance for wide-reaching attachments. When not in use, the hydraulic system automatically switches to low-pressure mode to conserve energy and maximize drawbar power.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION
The Versatile tractor frame is constructed from thick, high-quality steel, ensuring structural integrity even under extreme conditions. To enhance reliability, the main bearing at the articulation point is larger than previous models. The drawbar load point is located just behind the tractor's articulation point, ensuring maximum traction during tight turns.

DeltaTrack Tracks
DeltaTrack tracks use a positive drive system to reduce friction, heat, and wear. DeltaTrack maintains 6.5 track lugs in constant, secure engagement with the drive sprocket, eliminating the possibility of slippage. Extended service life is achieved with the widest track lugs in the industry (21.6 cm).

CONVENIENT ACCESS
The front grille opens, providing quick and safe access for servicing the air-cooled condenser. A reversible fan is optional on all models and is designed to improve efficiency and speed cleaning. The batteries are also located behind the grille, and the main switch serves as a safety feature, for winter storage, and to prevent theft.
AXLE MAINTENANCE
The Versatile planetary axle is renowned for its ease of maintenance. The planetary axle housings are easily removed without disassembling the tractor chassis, saving valuable time.
