The Bourgault XR751 and XR771 harrows allow you to go beyond the capabilities of existing harrows. Chisel cultivator 9500
Bourgault tillage equipment has always been renowned for its high-quality performance, reliability, and low maintenance costs. True to its heritage, the 9500 chisel cultivator provides excellent residue management and soil penetration, excellent ground contouring, and is equipped with a patented hydraulic system, a robust frame, and spring-loaded opener assemblies.

Increased service life
The four-row triangular frame design with reinforced beams increases machine durability by reducing structural loads. The rear hitch is rigidly connected to the central frame, allowing the attachment of large air seeders or liquid fertilizer tanks. The parallelogram arms of the central frame balance axle prevent excessive loads that could lead to structural failure. They also reduce the risk of chassis flexing and sagging when transporting the machine over uneven roads.

Improved flotation
The center frame section is equipped with large 380/55R16.5 wheels and dual 13.5×15 caster wheels, significantly improving flotation and depth control while reducing draft requirements in wet field conditions.

Exceptional stability
To maintain the optimal balance between transport stability and precise ground contour following during field operation, the center frame section is positioned lower than the wing sections, allowing the installation of balance axles. In addition, the fourth row is positioned 80 cm closer to the rear of the machine, significantly improving overall stability.
WTP 4100
WTP 4100 Trailed Spiral Rollers
Spiral rollers are the ideal tool for farms looking to add mechanical weed control and cultivator cultivation to their single-pass seeding technology. These rollers not only compact but also level the soil surface, ensuring a uniform seeding depth after the sweep passes. WTP rollers have working widths from 9.1 to 18.3 meters, which can be matched to the working width of the main tillage tool.
Conserve moisture, improve germination, reduce costs
Spiral rollers are an indispensable tool during seeding. Rolling improves seed-to-soil contact, draws in moisture, and creates favorable conditions for germination. WTP rollers can also be used for cultivation and fertilization. After rolling, the field surface becomes more level, significantly facilitating seed placement depth control during seeding. Conversion kits for spiral rollers are available for all Bourgault seeding units and pneumatic seeders.

ATTACHMENT OPTIONS FOR 8910 AND 9500
MOUNTED SPRING HARROWS
They effectively level the soil surface, thoroughly distributing crop residue. Harrows are available in three- or four-row configurations and equipped with 9.5 or 11 mm diameter tines. Five tine angles can be adjusted. Section widths are 1.22, 1.52, and 1.98 m.
POLYURETHANE ADDRESS ROLLERS OF BLOCK TYPE
The optimal choice for addressable rollers for conditions where medium rolling force is required.
The rollers have a diameter of 51 cm and a profile width of 64 mm. They are mounted on a 25 mm diameter shaft with reinforced bearings on an arched frame.
POLYURETHANE ADDRESS ROLLERS WITH INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION
This type of roller is recommended for working on rocky soils. Each wheel roller has independent spring suspension and a sealed bearing. The independent, self-contained movement of each roller ensures the most uniform compaction.
HEAVY DUTY BLOCK TYPE ADDRESS ROLLERS
Installed only on units with a 25 cm row spacing. 56 cm diameter rollers are selected based on the seeding zone conditions and are available in several types: steel rollers with a width of 57 mm and 89 mm, semi-pneumatic rollers with a width of 51 mm and 76 mm, or pneumatic rollers with a width of 140 mm. When using heavy-duty rollers, a frame counterweight kit or the installation of an MRB system is required.
TITAN™ QUICK RELEASE LEVERS
This option allows for quick and easy installation and replacement of harrows or rollers, making the unit extremely versatile for a variety of agricultural operations. The lever allows for adjusting the downforce on the harrow or roller section, and a two-stage spring mechanism ensures the set downforce is maintained throughout operation, regardless of the type of attachment.

SPS365 Soil Pre-Sowing Preparation System
COMPLETE FIELD PREPARATION IN ONE PASS
Bourgault's SPS365 soil preparation system uses an alternative approach to creating ideal seeding conditions. The unit is used to precisely cut and distribute crop residue, break up clods, and level the soil in a single pass. After the passage of 30-centimeter reinforced tines, the topsoil beneath the leveled soil has a "wavy" profile, creating ideal conditions for seed germination. This unique approach also preserves some of the previous year's root structure and stubble, protecting the soil from erosion and plants from wind damage.
CUTTING DISCS
The front of the machine features a row of 51 cm diameter cutting discs spaced 30 cm apart. The discs are mounted on a swing axle with hydraulic cylinders that extend to adjust the working depth and ground pressure to suit various conditions. Rubber torsion bars transmit the force needed to cut the straw while also providing cushioning in the event of impact with rocks or other obstacles.
REINFORCED RACKS
Three rows of reinforced shanks feature adjustable down pressure of up to 450 kg per shank and can be raised when required. Optional kits are available for applying anhydrous ammonia or granular fertilizers using air seeders.
HARROW SECTIONS
Next are the harrows, designed to crush and distribute crop residues and provide additional leveling. The parallelogram design of the lever maintains the harrows in a stable position. The unit can be equipped with standard 4-row harrows with 1.1 cm diameter, 40 cm long tines or heavy-duty 3-row harrows with 1.3 cm diameter, 50 cm long tines .
COMPRESSOR ROLLERS
Basket-type compacting rollers break up remaining clods of soil and compact it, making it fully ready for seeding. The 35 cm diameter rollers consist of eight 2.5 cm diameter spiral-shaped rods and provide best results at a working speed of 12-14 km/h. Convenient hydraulic controls allow the operator to instantly adjust compaction force during work or completely raise the rollers when not needed.
