APACHE by Equipment technologies (USA)
Since its founding in 1997, the American company Equipment Technologies' primary mission has been to produce durable, reliable, and simple agricultural sprayers. The company fully realized its vision of the ideal sprayer by creating everything from scratch. In its work, the company was guided primarily by the feedback of hundreds of farmers.
Mechanical drive. Easy to operate. Easy to maintain. Superior performance. Efficiency. The combination of light weight and high structural strength for highly productive field work. This machine is very similar to a tractor in operation, but much more comfortable to drive. This is a sprayer that is completely cost-effective.

ENGINE AND POWER
Cummins Tier 4 Final-compliant diesel engines deliver superior environmental and performance. The already fuel-efficient Apache sprayers are now even more efficient, with fuel consumption reduced by an additional 16-21% across all models.
Thanks to patented Power-to-the-Ground™ technology, as much as 90% of the Apache's engine power is transferred to the ground, making this machine more efficient than sprayers with hydrostatic transmissions, which can transfer no more than 70% of the engine's power to the ground. The Apache's mechanical transmission has fewer parts than the hydrostatic transmissions of other machines, making the Apache sprayer easier to maintain. Despite its simple design, the Apache is a robust and reliable machine. It easily withstands even the most challenging field conditions. Apache owners appreciate its high fuel efficiency. Thanks to the mechanical drive with a torque converter, average fuel consumption is up to 20 l/hour (or 0.5-0.6 l/ha). The torque converter doubles engine traction when moving the sprayer in adverse field conditions, and the JCB limited-slip differential allows for cornering with increased traction.
MECHANICAL DRIVE
When considering purchasing a sprayer, buyers may overemphasize the difference between 4WD and 2WD. This is especially true for large-capacity self-propelled sprayers, as a conventional drive system involves a hydrostatic transmission and wheel motors that directly drive each wheel.
But Apache sprayers' Power-to-the-Ground™ design technology puts maximum power to the ground, creating unrivaled machine maneuverability while maintaining all the benefits of mechanical drive.
Below is a visual comparison of the Apache sprayer's mechanical drive with a hydrostatic drive from another manufacturer:
APACHE mechanical drive

Only 30% of the sprayer's weight is on the front wheels; 70% of the weight is on the rear wheels
A lock-up torque converter and limited-slip differential keep the wheels in contact with the ground, allowing them to rotate regardless of field conditions.
The flexible frame design ensures that all four wheels are in constant contact with the ground.
With a smaller footprint than torque converter sprayers, the Apache can handle extremely tough field conditions.
They stand out from their competitors by having a rotating front axle and an articulated mount, which are protected by patent applications.
Competitors' hydrostatic drive

A heavier machine compacts the soil more.
The significant weight of the hydrostatic transmission and four wheel motors necessitates an even weight distribution (50/50): then, when slipping, the power imbalance leads to "self-burying".
In hydrostatically driven sprayers, each wheel is driven by a separate, expensive hydraulic wheel motor.
Ultimately, hydrostatic sprayers do the same job, but are more expensive.
More expensive and complex maintenance
Worse fuel efficiency
BARBELLS
Apache sprayer booms are highly durable, flexible, and require minimal maintenance. Improved shock absorption in the boom's center frame minimizes wear. The boom's side sections automatically retract when encountering trees and other fixed obstacles and return to their original position after passing them. The use of a common manifold allows for boom upgrades.

CHEMBINE PREMIXER
The Chembine premixer is designed for the quick and convenient preparation of a working solution of one or more plant protection products (liquid, powder, or granular) and subsequent filling of the sprayer tank. It can also be used to prepare working solutions of foliar fertilizers and UAN solutions.
Two pressurized jets mix liquid products efficiently and quickly, while four vertical ribs, by disrupting the flow, further increase the degree of mixing, virtually eliminating the possibility of undissolved particles.
Easy flushing and draining via the bottom drain valve. All internal surfaces are sloped toward the drain hole. The flushing system is equipped with a rotating nozzle and 25 mm (1") diameter tubing.
The Chembine is mounted on large support legs with pre-drilled holes for easy and secure mounting to a trailer bed or cargo deck. The tank's vertical ribs not only ensure superior mixing but also provide increased stability.

HOT TANK
The Hot Tank is a 5,678-liter tank that allows you to prepare the spray mixture while the sprayer is in the field. This minimizes downtime. To ensure continuous mixing of the spray solutions, the system is equipped with four jet nozzles and two rinsing nozzles.
Drainage occurs by gravity through a conical bottom with an outlet onto a rotating pipe with a diameter of 76 mm (3”).
Typically this tank is mounted on a trailer and connected to a Chembine premixer using a set of valves, fittings and pipes.
