Canadian company Free Form Plastics was founded in 1991 and specialized exclusively in the production of high-quality plastic components for agricultural machinery. At the time, one of FreeForm's main clients was Bourgault, which purchased plastic tanks for its LFC production.
Five years later, in 1996, Bourgault Industries Ltd. acquired Free Form entirely, making it a subsidiary. Since then, the company has been manufacturing a wide range of agricultural equipment. Its core products include Chembine premixers, Roto-Shear side splitters, and mounted and trailed plastic rollers for windrow compaction.
CHEMBINE
Premixers for the preparation of working solutions of plant protection products and microfertilizers
The Chembine premixer is designed for the quick and convenient preparation of a working solution of one or more plant protection products (liquid, powder, or granular) and subsequent filling of the sprayer tank. It can also be used to prepare working solutions of foliar fertilizers and UAN solutions.
The innovative blade unit design significantly increases cutting performance with less effort. The unique blade unit ensures quick and complete canister rinsing, as well as extremely easy canister replacement, eliminating the possibility of canister theft.
Two pressurized jets mix liquid products efficiently and quickly, while four vertical ribs, by disrupting the flow, further increase the degree of mixing, virtually eliminating the possibility of undissolved particles.
Easy flushing and draining via a bottom drain valve. All interior surfaces are sloped toward the drain hole. The flushing system is equipped with a rotating nozzle and 25 mm (1") diameter tubing.
The Chembine is mounted on large support legs with pre-drilled holes for easy and secure mounting to a trailer bed or cargo deck. The tank's vertical ribs not only ensure superior mixing but also provide increased stability.
HOT TANK
A tank for preliminary preparation of working solutions for their subsequent direct injection into the sprayer
The Hot Tank is a 5,678-liter tank that allows you to prepare the spray mixture while the sprayer is in the field. This minimizes downtime. To ensure continuous mixing of the spray solutions, the system is equipped with four jet nozzles and two rinsing nozzles.
Drainage occurs by gravity through a conical bottom with an outlet onto a rotating pipe with a diameter of 76 mm (3”).
Typically this tank is mounted on a trailer and connected to a Chembine premixer using a set of valves, fittings and pipes.
ROTO-SHEAR
Active lateral dividers for rapeseed and other crops
Due to its high yield, low maintenance, and excellent profitability, rapeseed is becoming an increasingly popular crop, particularly in many regions of Eastern Europe. Demand for rapeseed derivatives is constantly growing, and production volumes have increased significantly in recent years.
However, not all agricultural producers are technically prepared to work with this crop. It's no secret that harvesting oilseeds is more difficult than harvesting grains, and the main difficulty stems from the uneven ripening of rapeseed, both within individual sections of the field and within parts of the same plant.
Ripe rapeseed curls, becomes tangled, and its pods can crack at the slightest touch, ultimately leading to seed shedding. Under such conditions, harvest losses are unavoidable, and using conventional harvesters without additional equipment, these losses can reach 25-30%.
Free Form is always listening to the needs of the market and introduces the high-performance Roto-Shear side divider.
Developed in close collaboration with Canadian agricultural producers, this divider features a simple and robust design that minimizes maintenance.
Each RotoShear kit comes with an adaptation kit, including a connecting rod, mounting brackets, clamps, and other necessary fasteners. RotoShear dividers are compatible with virtually all existing header models from various manufacturers.
ROLLER ROLLERS
Patented roller width adjustment technology allows the operator to easily and quickly change the roller width from 185 to 305 cm, adapting to any conditions and crops:

Equipped with a remote control unit, which allows you to raise and lower the roller without leaving the cabin
Easily adjustable pin type roller height control device and transport lock
2. Mounted winch roller MT2000W

Adjustments are made manually using a winch on the rear axle. It features a high-lift function for transport and storage.
3. Trailer roller TB2000

The floating mode allows the roller to automatically adjust to different windrow sizes.
